UL EduNeering's Learning Services team stands apart from other course developers when it comes to the degree to which we customize our training courses. Every word on every page, including all graphics within the training courses, can be customized specifically for our clients.

For UL EduNeering, course customization is the norm, not the exception. We have developed more than 5,000 custom courses for clients. Every topic, every scenario, and every question and answer is written specifically for you, based on our interviews with your subject matter experts. Our process is designed to make the custom-learning content more relevant for you.

Our Custom Course Process

Our course design can be used to present various types of information, including regulatory guidelines, workforce improvement strategies, personal improvement practices and sales and marketing materials. We often start by interviewing your internal experts or by extracting the information found in existing documents or PowerPoint presentations.

We then bring this content to life with visually engaging question and answer sets (Q&As) that promote a deeper retention and comprehension of the material. In addition, our courses contain Flash elements that act as “cognitive strategy activators” (c.f. elaboration theory), cueing the learner’s mind on how best to process the information presented.

We have a repository of more than 20 types of interactive exercises or “interactions.” Each interaction engages the learner, making the content more interesting and reinforcing the information that is presented.
