Principled Business

Chris Rees and Paul Palmarozza founded Principled Business to show how individuals and organisations can achieve long term prosperity while working in a principled way.  

Chris and Paul have been in business for more than 45 years each, in a wide range of business environments. They have worked in the UK, the USA and many other countries, including China, India, Russia, Eastern, Central and Western Europe. This wealth of personal experience provides the foundation for Principled Business’s training programs.

For more than 10 years they have been giving lectures, seminars and courses on the application of philosophical principles to day to day business practice. These courses have been attended by hundreds of business people from a wide range of backgrounds.

In 2006 they published a book setting out these principles and their application in business, From Principles to Profit–The Art of Moral Management.
