BioForum Applied Knowledge Center
Together, UL and BioForum Applied Knowledge Center, an Israeli-based market leader for biomedical industry training and education, announced a new exclusive bi-lateral partnership. Establishing itself as a blended learning organization, UL will offer Bioforum’s in-house instructor-led courses to their worldwide clients. Additionally, Bioforum will provide UL’s online compliance learning solution to Israel’s prosperous life science sector. UL’s ComplianceWire® technology is the solution used by the US FDA’s Office of Regulatory Affairs to train its 35,000 investigators and 200 life science companies.
“This is a very exciting and timely endeavor for both UL and Bioforum. As global markets continue to open the door to new business models across borders, cultures, languages and legislation, we face new challenges supporting public health demands. Integral to achieving those business models is learning, which has evolved into an essential resource for organizations,” stated Lisa Clune, President of UL. “Through this partnership, we can now offer a full suite of blended learning tools through online and instructor-led programs.”
