Session 2: Assessments, Outcomes and Compliance Training
How do you ensure that your training is focused on specific learner outcomes and that the tasks performed by the learner are the right tasks? How do you know when a learner has mastery over content? What outcomes are desirable for compliance training? How do you determine the steps of a cognitive task? Learn how to create effective assessments focused on measuring specific learning outcomes both from a behavioral perspective and a cognitive perspective. Discover three techniques for measuring learning outcomes and for assessing various levels of learner competence.
